We’re still dreaming about Zabdiel and Vanessa’s stunning wedding at Sanders Estate! It was truly a day filled with love and magic, surrounded by their closest friends and family on one of the most perfect, sun-kissed days. The celebration began with the couple getting ready in the historic mansion, overlooking the beautifully manicured grounds. Their heartfelt ceremony took place under the charming arbor, where they exchanged vows in an intimate setting surrounded by their friends and family. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a delightful garden party reception, filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable moments. This day was brimming with romance!
The couple curated a truly exquisite menu, blending elegant flavors and local ingredients for their guests to savor. The meal began with a refreshing Blackberry and Champagne Salad, featuring delicate greens, crumbled local chèvre, and vanilla-chipotle spiced pecans—a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. For the main course, the spice-rubbed pork loin paired with a smoky Carolina Gold BBQ sauce offered a rich, savory experience, complemented by grilled new potato salad with watercress, scallions, and gorgonzola vinaigrette. The truffle macaroni and cheese, topped with brown butter panko crust, provided a decadent vegetarian option, while a Pike Place Market-inspired grilled vegetable platter, seasoned with Fleur de Sel, added a fresh, local touch. Artisan breads with herb-infused olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar completed the spread, delivering a truly memorable feast.
