We couldn’t be happier for Nicole and Jared, who celebrated their wedding at the stunning Parties on the Terrace venue! Nicole and Jared treated their guests to an unforgettable dining experience with a carefully curated menu that perfectly blended bold flavors and elegance. The celebration began with tray-passed appetizers, including savory Bulgogi Beef Lettuce Wraps with house-pickled vegetables and Gochujang aioli, alongside indulgent Buttermilk Fried Chicken n’ Waffles topped with melted triple crème brie and maple glaze. For a lighter option, guests enjoyed a flatbread topped with basil pesto, heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto, wild arugula, and parmesan curls.
For the buffet dinner, the couple chose a Blackberry Champagne Salad, featuring delicate greens, crumbled local chèvre, and spiced pepitas. The main courses offered an exquisite Flat Iron Steak with Blue Ribbon’s signature brandied fig sauce and a classic Coq Au Vin Chicken. Accompanying dishes included a roasted new potato salad with watercress, scallions, and gorgonzola vinaigrette, along with a decadent truffle mac n' cheese with brown butter panko crusting. The meal was rounded out by a Pike Place Market-style grilled vegetable platter and artisan breads with herb-infused olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. It was a feast to remember, perfectly suited to their beautiful wedding day.
