We are so happy for Stephanie and Colin who celebrated their beautiful day at Sanders Estate. The venue, located about 35 minutes from Seattle, offers gorgeous gardens and a historic mansion. Their wedding day was filled with laughter and endless sweet moments with family and friends.

The evening began with a delightful selection of tray-passed appetizers, setting the perfect tone for Stephanie and Colin's celebration. Guests savored miniature citrus-poached white fish tacos with an orange olive salsa and chimichurri crema (GF), bulgogi beef lettuce wraps with house-pickled vegetables and gochujang aioli (GF), and creamy chipotle tomato bisque shooters paired with bite-sized grilled cheese.

The buffet dinner offered a feast of flavors, starting with a classic Caesar salad of crisp romaine, rustic croutons, and Parmesan curls. The main dishes included boneless braised beef short ribs in a rich Marchand de Vin sauce (GF) and Mediterranean roasted chicken breast and thighs with gourmet olives and preserved lemons (GF/DF). Guests enjoyed delicious sides like roasted garlic buttery mashed potatoes (GF/Veg), truffle macaroni and cheese with brown butter panko crusting (Veg), and a vibrant Pike Place Market-style grilled vegetable platter seasoned with fleur de sel (GF/Vegan). Artisan breads with balsamic and olive oil, including gluten-free options, completed the spread, creating a truly memorable dining experience for all.
