With the historic estate as their backdrop, they exchanged heartfelt vows in the presence of loved ones, who shared in every joyful moment. The celebration unfolded with laughter and endless love. Dani and Nick welcomed their guests with a culinary experience that delighted every palate! Starting with tray-passed appetizers, guested enjoyed delicate flavors of Goat Cheese with Fig Spread Bruschetta topped with a chiffonade of fresh basil, perfect for our vegetarian guests. Enjoy the nostalgia of Bite-Sized Grilled Cheese served with Creamy Tomato Bisque, or indulge in the Southern-inspired Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Waffles with a luxurious twist of melted triple crème brie and maple glaze.

As you move to the buffet, experience a celebration of flavors with our Washington Harvest Salad, featuring local apples, maple-roasted squash, pickled red onions, spiced pepitas, and optional crumbled goat cheese on the side. Dive into the rich, savory options with our Soy Glazed Salmon, beautifully charred with lemon and a unique sugar-in-the-raw crust, or enjoy our Grilled Flat Iron Steak drizzled with a brandied fig sauce, cooked to a perfect medium rare.


Our Savory Polenta Cakes with Fontina Cheese and fresh corn are a must-try, while the Truffle Macaroni & Cheese with brown butter panko crusting brings comfort to every bite. The Pike Place Market Grilled Vegetables seasoned with Fleur de Sel are the perfect side, complemented by Artisan Breads with herb-infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
