Celebrating the beautiful wedding of Daniel and Angelina at the enchanting Lairmont Manor! We couldn’t be more thrilled for this incredible couple. Their stunning day took place at a breathtaking venue in Bellingham, Washington. With its historic charm and gorgeous grounds, Lairmont Manor was the perfect backdrop for their special day. Stepping into the venue feels like entering an Italian Renaissance dream, with sweeping lawns, a serene courtyard, and a picturesque fountain.

Daniel and Angelina curated a delectable menu that featured two signature tray-passed appetizers — our grilled bruschetta with port-infused goat cheese, figs, and ribbons of basil, and smoked salmon served on honeydew canapés with mojito mascarpone. For the main family-style dinner, they chose an exquisite blend of flavors: bulgogi beef lettuce wraps, miniature citrus poached fish tacos, a delicate green salad with blackberry and champagne dressing, cocoa and coffee-crusted flat iron steak with brandied fig sauce, grilled potatoes with watercress, scallions, and gorgonzola vinaigrette, grilled veggies, and soy-glazed salmon with charred lemon and brown sugar.

It was truly a day to remember, and we are honored to have been a part of it. Wishing Daniel and Angelina all the best in their next chapter together!
