After the cooking session, guests will savor the dishes they crafted together, along with catered courses prepared by our professional chefs, all complimented by a selection of fine wines and premium beer from the Pacific Northwest. Antipasti Platter with Cured Meats, European Cheeses, Tapenade and Roasted Olives, served with Rustic French Baguette and Artisan Rosemary Crackers.
SALAD COURSE
Delicate Winter Greens with Cognac-Poached Fig, topped with Marinated Goat Cheese and Toasted Hazelnuts.
SEAFOOD COURSE
Rosemary-Brushed Slow Roasted Salmon, with White Balsamic Cherry Chutney and Smoked Almond Dust, served on a Bed of Delicately Wilted Winter Greens.
