Melodic Caring Project | 11th Annual Gala
We were delighted to be a part of supporting the Melodic Caring Project for their 11th Annual Raise a Record Gala. It was a truly beautiful evening of music and celebration at the Neptune.
Melodic Caring Project has impacted the lives of over 40,000 rockSTARS and family members since their inception in 2010. Last year, they experienced a 420% growth in impact with a need for their services, supporting mental and emotional health, being greater than ever. The Melodic Caring Project’s annual gala is a critical part of their fundraising efforts, accounting for more than 50% of our program revenue.
Blue Ribbon Cooking provided a sophisticated meal that offered Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free options. The appetizer included a welcome demi baguette delicately wrapped with natural parchment paper and topped with a fresh herb sprig. The family-style course included our fabulous mini butter boards with an assortment of infused butters and raw honey, polenta squares with bacon jam and prawns, and cast iron skillets filled with shingled ratatouille. The plated main entrees offered a selection of honey glazed chicken, salmon, and cauliflower. To top it all off, dessert included a French macaroon tower!
