virtual events: how it works

How it works:

LIVE INSTRUCTOR (LI) EVENTS: Beautifully packaged ingredient/supply kits ready for you to work with in your home during your outrageously fun hands-on virtual class led by our entertaining instructor and production team.

  1. Place your order for the number of people on your team that are participating and date/time for your event.

  2. Select your virtual event platform….have Blue Ribbon host it on Zoom or set it up on your favorite communication app.

  3. Be sure we have all the delivery addresses to Blue Ribbon at least 5 business days before your event.

  4. Packages are delivered to each participant at prior to your event start time**.

  5. At your live event time, we warm up your team with an initial overview of what you are going to prepare.

  6. Then we roll up our sleeves and take you step-by-step through your class, while being creative and sharing lots of laughs.

  7. Wrap up your event with more time to socialize and dine on your creations.

**Complimentary deliveries will be made by Blue Ribbon’s team to any location within 20 miles of Downtown Seattle. All other deliveries will be shipped via FedEx for an additional charge.

DELIVERED (D) EVENTS: Gourmet ready-to-enjoy deliveries for you to savor while you virtually meet, or to give as a gift.

  1. Place your orders for the number of people on your team that are participating and the date/time of your event.

  2. Send invites to your participates and plan your virtual meet-up on your favorite communication app. Blue Ribbon does not host virtual meet-ups for DELIVERED events.

  3. Be sure we have all the delivery addresses to Blue Ribbon at least 5 business days before your event.

  4. Packages are delivered to each participant at prior to your event start time**.

  5. Be ready to enjoy your tasty delivery!
