Logistics
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a European cheese and fruit board and beverage bar including non-alcoholic beverages for a 30 min reception. After a brief group introduction and explanation, guests are divided into teams and introduced to their chef instructors.
Guests will participate in the hands-on competition for 90 minutes. Each group will create two savory and one sweet appetizer. Judging takes place during the final half hour while guests are indulging in the appetizers that they have created.
Optionally, you can add on a fun cocktail competition. Sip and sample your creations while you nosh on your appetizers and mingle.
