This beautiful winter wedding in Seattle took place on New Year’s Eve at The 101 in Pioneer Square. Their special day included beautiful festive decor, a midnight balloon drop to celebrate the New Year, and late-night fish and chips!
“We used Blue Ribbon as our wedding caterer for a NYE wedding. David, our coordinator was amazing. He took all of our random food ideas and turned it into a fantastic menu, complete with late night fish and chips and crepe stations! Even our UK guests are still talking about how tasty the fish was. Other than the fish & chips, we had a vegetarian menu and even the large meat eaters didn't miss the meat, everyone raved about the food. BRC was always easy to communicate with, especially once we were assigned David as our coordinator. We did not use them to create our cake, but given how they set up the display of the cakes we brought in and the cheese ""cake"" he put together, I can only imagine how much care they would put into creating a cake. The serving and bartender team he brought with him that night were beyond adjectives. We gave them barebones recipes for our signature cocktails and they made them taste exactly as we had imagined. If we could do our wedding again, we wouldn't hesitate to return to BRC. In the end David was more of a friend than a vendor and we cannot thank him enough for the hard work, care, and joy him and his team gave to us.” - M & D
