Congratulations, Carla and Walter! Your beautiful day at Blue Ribbon’s Culinary Center was filled with love and endless laughter. Located on the edge of Lake Union, in the heart of Seattle, the Culinary Center offers stunning views of the water and some of Seattle’s most iconic destinations! It was such a joy being a part of Carla and Walter’s wedding!
These two chose a delicious menu of appetizers and entrees including, our crowd favorite Buttermilk Fried Chicken n’ Waffles with Melted Triple Crème Brie & Maple Glaze! The Bulgogi Beef Lettuce Wraps were tray passed through the venue and they disappeared quickly! For dinner, the menu offered a savory collection of dishes, including our Boneless Braised Beef Short Rib with Umami Redux, Slow Roasted Salmon with Mimosa Beurre Blanc, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Truffle Macaroni and Cheese with Brown Butter Panko Crust, and Pike Place Style Grilled Veggies!
Don’t forget drinks! They chose two signature cocktails and offered a fabulous open bar of beer and wine. Guests also enjoyed peach iced tea and strawberry lemonade! Dessert was a towering array of Petit Wedges of NY Cheesecake drizzled with Dark Chocolate & garnished with Fresh Berries, Chewy Chocolate Fudge Brownies, Individual Italian Lemon Trifle, and Fresh Berry Tarts with Vanilla Bean Pastry Cream!
